How do I place a call?
When placing a call using FlexPlan4 you have to use an Access Number. This number allows you to access our system and take advantage of our low rates without having to switch carriers. You have the option of either using our Toll free Access Number 1800-999-5090 or a Local Access Number.

What do I need to do?
With FlexPlan4 we realize that your time is very valuable, and we want to make using our service as effortless as possible. We have set up some features that will eliminate some of the steps mentioned below, so you can make calls just like you would from your home phone, and still save.

TIP: Set up your FlexPlan4 Access Numbers as Speed Dial at your home phone?
Setting up numbers as Speed Dial varies from phone to phone. Read your phone manual to see if this feature is available and how you would set it up.

How can I Set up frequently called numbers as Speed Dial Numbers to make things easy?
You can enter up to 99 speed dial numbers online or thru customer service, and assign them 2 digit codes. This list can be printed out so that whenever you want to reach one of these numbers you just dial the toll free access number, 1-800-999-5090 or local access number if available in your area and the 2-digit speed dial number.

TIP: Register your Home, Cell and other frequently used phone numbers as Instant Access Numbers
The user can program up to 10 Instant Access numbers via the web or thru customer service. These are numbers that the user expects to make frequent calls from. Anytime you place a call from any of these numbers, you will only have to enter the toll free access number: 1-800-999-5090 or
local access number in your area, and then the number you wish to call. By registering these phone numbers, you alleviate the inconvenience of entering the account number and PIN each time you make a call. With this feature you can easily access the service from the convenience of your home, office and mobile phone.

How do I Place a Call from a Instant Access Phone Number eg. Home, Cell etc.

  • Dial Access Number (Toll Free or Local Access)
  • Followed by the Phone number you wish to call

How do I Place a Call from a Non-Instant Access Phone Number eg. Payphone or Hotel phone, etc.

  • Dial Access Number (Toll Free or Local Access)
  • Dial 10 Digit Account Number
  • Dial 4 Digit PIN Number
  • Followed by the Phone number you wish to call

How do I make another call without hanging?

  • To Place another call without hanging up : Dial ##
  • To Place redial a number without hanging up : Dial *#
  • If your call does not go through the first time. Do not hang up. Dial ## to disconnect the previous call, and Dial *# to redial the same number using a different carrier.
  • Every time you place a call, the system will read you your account balance and minutes to the destination you call.

If you run out of minutes, our system will automatically recharge your account to the initial sign up amount.

How do I get a PIN number?

You will be asked to create a 4-Digit PIN number at sign up right after you register you primary phone number.

Do I need to dial a secret code or a PIN to place a call?
No, with the FlexPlan4 Instant Access Feature there are no PINS and no hassles in placing a call. We recognize up to 10 customer’s phone numbers when they call the FlexPlan4 Access Number.

What other benefits will I have?
Through online account management (CUSTOMER LOGIN) you get:

How do I recharge my account?
Once your account reaches a $3 balance, the system will prompt you to speak to a sales representative in order to recharge your account. However, if you chose automatic recharge when signing up, you will not have to worry about recharging since it wil happen automatically.

What is an Automatic Recharge?
Automatic recharge allows you to automatically add minutes to your account, so you never have an interruption of service. Your account will conveniently replenish itself to the initial sign up amount when your account balance drops down to $3.00.

What should I do if I have any questions or difficulties placing a call?

Can I use the FlexPlan4 from a prepaid phone?
Yes. You can use
FlexPlan4 from any phone or carrier from within the U.S.
 


Is there a monthly fee?
There are no monthly fees with the
FlexPlan4. You will also pay no other fees or charges. So, no connection, activation or weekly service fees - there are no hidden charges associated with the FlexPlan4.

Are the rates the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Yes, you get the same low rates no matter when you call.

Why do some countries have a higher rate to call a mobile phone within that country?
In some countries mobile users do not pay to receive a call on their mobile phone. This is known as calling party pays. Mobile carriers therefore charge more to the calling party to connect the call.

Can I get the same rates calling from my home phone?
Yes, you can use FlexPlan4 from any phone including your home phone. Just register your home phone at sign up as an Instant Access Feature so you can use our system and access our low rates from the convenience of your home without having to dial a PIN number.

How do I check my balance?
The system will read the balance on the account each time you call the toll-free access number (1-800-999-5090) or your local access number. Customers can also track credit card balance and complete call usage online through
CUSTOMER LOGIN.

Is there a connection fee for every call?
No there are no connection fees.
 


How do I sign up for the FlexPlan4?
The easiest and most convenient way is via our website. If you need additional help or do not have Internet access, you may sign up over the phone by calling Customer Support at 1-800-330-6897, 7 days a week between 9am to 9pm EST. Your promo code is

How many free minutes do I get when I sign up?
You get $5 worth of free talk time when you sign up for a $25 plan, $7 for a $50 plan and $9 for a $100 plan. You can use the $5, $7, or $9 of Free talk time to call any destination of your choice, to calculate the minutes you will receive just divide $5, $7, or $9 by the rate for the country you wish to call.

What are the Instant Access numbers?
You can program up to 10 Instant Access numbers via our website or by calling Customer Service. These are phone numbers that you expect to make frequent calls from. Anytime you place a call from any of these numbers, you will only have to dial either the toll-free access number (1-800-999-5090) or your local access number followed by the number that you wish to call. By registering these phone numbers (cell or others), you alleviate the inconvenience of entering the account number and PIN each time you make a call. With this feature you can easily access the service from the convenience of your mobile phone, home, and office.

How quickly can I begin using the service after registration?
Immediately! Upon credit card authorization, you account is automatically active and ready for use.

Can I change my account information after signing up?
Yes, you can always change or update your account information by logging into your account (CUSTOMER LOGIN) which allows you to change or update all your account information including your credit card information.
 


What payment methods are offered?
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, along with ATM and debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Can I pay by check?
Currently we do not accept checks as a method of payment.

Do I need to prepay in order to use FlexPlan4?
FlexPlan4 is a prepaid service, where you put in your credit card for the initial sign up amount. Thereafter you will be debited as per your usage.

How do you protect my credit card information?
The information submitted on our web site is protected by the highest level of industry-standard SSL encryption. All of the credit card or checking account information received is then encrypted a second time and stored on our secure billing servers.

What are the billing increments?
All calls are billed in one minute increments.

How do I review my usage and charges?
