You don't always get through on
the first attempt. So we invented
## *# ! We want calling to be simple. If you're calling several people in a row all
you need to do is press ##
after finishing a call to place your next call.
If you want to call back
(redial the same phone number) the person you were just talking to, press
*# and tell them all things
you meant to say the first time you called.
So why is ## *# so IMPORTANT?

Because it allows you to use multiple carriers for a single call. If
your call does not go through the first time, don't worry!
Press ##
to terminate the call! And then
*# to try the same phone
number using a different carrier, for no additional cost.
SO AGAIN - So You don't forget
- To
Place another call without hanging up:
Dial ##
- To
Place redial a number without hanging up:
Dial *#
- If
your call does not go through the first time. Do not hang up.
Dial ## to disconnect the previous call,
and Dial *# to redial the same number using
a different carrier.
